Salvador Bolivar brings over two decades of experience in the film and visual media industry, paired with more than 15 years of empowering New York City youth through film education in the public school system.
Throughout his career, he has lent his creative vision to more than 70 productions across a broad spectrum of formats—including narrative films, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and international television.
He founded Rising Phoenix Film Works with a mission to craft impactful visual content while mentoring the next generation of urban storytellers—bridging the gap between creativity, community, and industry access.
